Looking to make a USBAudio driver

So in trying to improve the quality of the podcast I wanted to try and isolate each of the microphones for editing later without getting expensive software and equipment, unfortunately there's no easy way to simply mute or redirect a channel on my headset through windows or otherwise, so I'm going to try and look into making my own custom driver to access the microphone's output.
